QED Structures have identified a need in the market to provide quality designs with regards to the cost effectiveness and buildability of small projects.

As a result of this QED Structures has a dedicated small works division who will only deal with projects up to a maximum of £150,000 total project value. The type of projects covered will include loft conversions, extensions, refurbishments, structural reports etc. Our aim is to provide our clients with the following:-

  • Quick turnaround on designs and details
  • Chartered Engineer provided on all projects
